Data Preparation Guide

Custom Style Submission Guidelines

Adherence to the following guidelines ensures that the submitted models align with our system's capabilities and a smooth process for completing the first iteration of your custom style.

If you are missing some of the required information, please reach out to the Kaedim team before attempting to create them from scratch.

General information

  1. For text information, please use PDF or DOCX formats.

  2. For 2D information, please use JPEG or PNG formats.

Geometry Requirements

  1. Submit any style guideline documents associated with your project. These could be anything from a bullet list with all the must-haves specifications of the geometry (e.g. all models should not exceed a maximum width of three meters) to a multi-page detailed style document with storyboards, visuals, equations, etc.

  2. If you have specific topology specifications, ensure the uploaded files depict them and include notes elaborating on them.

Level of Details (LoDs)

  1. Include five to ten examples for every LoD needed for each model. All LoDs can be inside the same file for each object.

Texture Specifications

Provide a PDF document containing:

  1. Five to ten examples of ideal textured outputs.

  2. The preferred texturing methodologies (e.g. Include only stylized textures).

Kaedim is now accepting applications for our 12-week pilot program

We offer a 12-week pilot that lets you train Kaedim's AI on your own requirements to optimize for the outputs your stakeholders expect β€”without the costs of long term commitments.

  • Contract a trained model with Kaedim's AI with no commitment to buy at the end of the pilot

  • Engage Kaedim's machine learning engineers to identify the parts of your operation best suited for automation

  • Review your overall 3D production strategy with an expert team to decide how to move forward

  • Work with our experienced customer support engineering team to onboard the technology and integrate it into your existing pipeline

  • Enjoy 24-hour support and the security of knowing you have a team of experts at your disposal for guidance

  • Established protocol for daily feedback to foster iterative improvement and model optimization

  • Access to personalized resources, including documentation and best practices
