My assets aren't showing up
Ensure you are in the correct studio/project.
Check filters (e.g., assigned to me, by status) that may be hiding results.
If an asset is missing, confirm it was uploaded or created in the correct workspace.

My pipeline stages/settings look wrong
Confirm that you are using the correct style for the asset.
If you don’t have permission to edit styles, request changes from a project admin.

My model is taking too long/My model is not generating
If you would like to generate 3D models with Kaedim, ensure that it is assigned to Kaedim AO, and not to yourself or an internal team member.
If the asset status says 'Pending Upload' this means that it is assigned to you or an internal team member.
If it is assigned to Kaedim AO and it has taken longer than 24 hours, please reach out to a team member.
FAQ
Do I need credits for the 3D AI generations?
No, you don’t need credits to generate models. However, if you’d like to edit or refine your model, we offer an Art Outsourcing service — handled by our team of expert 3D artists — to ensure your models perfectly match your vision. To get started with this service, you’ll need to purchase credits.
How do I ask for edits on my 3D generation?
You can request edits through our Art Outsourcing service. Our team of professional 3D artists will refine your model to match your feedback — whether that’s adjusting proportions, improving textures, or making stylistic tweaks.
To request edits:
Open your completed generation in the Kaedim app.
Click “Request revision” and describe the changes you’d like to see.
Once submitted, our artists will begin the revision process.
Please note that edit requests require credits, which you will need to purchase beforehand. Reach out to us for any additional details!
How long do AI generations take?
AI generation times can vary depending on the complexity of the asset and current system load. Typically:
Quick previews are generated within a few minutes, giving you an early look at your model’s form and structure.
However, as we are currently experiencing high demand, delivery times may fluctuate. You can expect your final assets to be delivered within 3-4 hours of creation.
Can I assign an asset to multiple people?
Assets can only have one assignee at a time per step to maintain accountability.
If you’re requesting a revision, you can hand the task off to another team member.
How does Trace 3D integrate with other tools?
Trace 3D integrates with Blender, Unity, Unreal Engine, and Omniverse using APIs and keys. For more information, check out our Custom Integrations page.
Can I customize pipelines?
Yes.
Admins can configure the settings for each asset before generation.
These settings are visible to the whole team for clarity.
Asset settings help ensure consistency and alignment before production begins.
What happens when an asset reaches 'Completion'?
It moves into the Final Approved state.
No further edits are required unless reopened/branched by a project lead.
Are 3D generations included with the Trace 3D subscription?
The option to outsource any of the steps to our 3D Art Outsourcing Service is included in our Business plan. Subscribing to Trace 3D does not automatically include this service.
Can I download all assets from a project at once?
Yes. You can use the Multi-select tool in the Assets page, select all the assets within a project, and click Download to export multiple assets together.
