# Create Page

{% embed url="<https://youtu.be/tFkc5PrPWvQ>" %}

The Create page is where you upload your requests by clicking the + Create tab on the web app's navigation bar. It can also be found at <https://www.app.kaedim3d.com/create>.&#x20;

Different asset types will have different settings to configure. Check out our guides on how to configure settings for [**Game-ready**](https://docs.kaedim3d.com/creating-assets/game-ready-assets)**,** [**Prototype**](https://docs.kaedim3d.com/creating-assets/prototype-assets)**,** and [**Upload a 3D Model**](https://docs.kaedim3d.com/creating-assets/upload-a-3d-model)**.**

## How It Works

### Upload your files

<figure><img src="https://2929718666-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2F3dfqxWeW1YVSmrxYlvkW%2Fuploads%2FeNNDSWL4JESwiL1enGci%2Fimage.png?alt=media&#x26;token=6d707a2d-62cc-45d5-b285-e4309ef0e2ea" alt="" width="375"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

#### Image

If you have multiple views of your object, you can upload up to ten images.&#x20;

{% hint style="info" %}
We automatically remove the background of your image.
{% endhint %}

#### Models

* Base model: Base models will be used as a starting point for your asset. This is best used for accessories (base model can be a character), hair, clothing, etc.
* Block model: Block models will be used as a reference for scale and is helpful if you need specific dimensions for your generation. *The uploaded block model will not be included in your final export.*

### Describe your asset

<figure><img src="https://2929718666-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2F3dfqxWeW1YVSmrxYlvkW%2Fuploads%2FMkk7vIuueBdOTSWXRIV4%2Fimage.png?alt=media&#x26;token=ab388e66-d7e4-41d4-8603-026777821512" alt="" width="375"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

#### Height, Width, Depth

If you require your models to maintain a specific scale, simply input the height, width, and depth of your model.&#x20;

{% hint style="info" %}
Dimensions are not available for the Scene asset type, and you can only configure the **height** for Prototype assets.
{% endhint %}

#### Tags

Tags can be used for organizing your assets in [folders](https://docs.kaedim3d.com/groups) later on and is helpful for categorizing your assets.

Each asset type will have settings that you can customize under the 'Configure Settings' section.

{% hint style="info" %}
For more information about all the settings you can configure, check out the [**Game-Ready Assets**](https://docs.kaedim3d.com/creating-assets/game-ready-assets) section.
{% endhint %}

<figure><img src="https://2929718666-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2F3dfqxWeW1YVSmrxYlvkW%2Fuploads%2FeJ1HSsUFexfQcqPvGB46%2FScreenshot%202025-06-09%20at%2011.23.06%E2%80%AFAM.png?alt=media&#x26;token=0863fe52-aabe-4b1b-8f6f-afe26e942855" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

## Autosaved Drafts

{% embed url="<https://youtu.be/xSakpejWPjg>" %}
Autosaved Drafts demo
{% endembed %}

Whenever you create a new asset in the Create page, drafts will be autosaved.

* Auto-saved draft will be created for every session, and be updated after every action
* Auto-saved drafts will be emptied after submitting the generation, or after 3 days have passed

<figure><img src="https://2929718666-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2F3dfqxWeW1YVSmrxYlvkW%2Fuploads%2FCvtkJhQBmpvBIOvVbagT%2Fimage.png?alt=media&#x26;token=4d7ff464-099e-44dc-a043-b728bb9f25aa" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Several drafts will be saved per session, depending on the number of actions you take.

<figure><img src="https://2929718666-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2F3dfqxWeW1YVSmrxYlvkW%2Fuploads%2FJjC6XUCdoEmvevki3X9C%2Fimage.png?alt=media&#x26;token=8f2e787c-7207-4e3e-b944-bc4ac7989a1f" alt="" width="252"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

## Create New Asset

<figure><img src="https://2929718666-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2F3dfqxWeW1YVSmrxYlvkW%2Fuploads%2F0KnqJvnk7RTRWvWOz4rs%2FScreenshot%202025-06-09%20at%2011.32.01%E2%80%AFAM.png?alt=media&#x26;token=fd97bc54-d37b-4fe4-8a9c-67ff6434432f" alt="" width="355"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

You can generate multiple assets simultaneously by clicking the **Create New Asset** button. Each asset will be created separately, allowing you to configure its settings individually.

<figure><img src="https://2929718666-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2F3dfqxWeW1YVSmrxYlvkW%2Fuploads%2F5wePc3hXorL3HTv9GhB1%2Fimage.png?alt=media&#x26;token=da146931-fbf9-4447-8ab1-448b655e3171" alt="" width="240"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

## Create Multiple Assets

<figure><img src="https://2929718666-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2F3dfqxWeW1YVSmrxYlvkW%2Fuploads%2F7f7aofdwCHI52rU2zExN%2FCreateMultipleAssets.png?alt=media&#x26;token=2105464c-752c-46f0-b680-bec354e330f7" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

The **Create Multiple Assets** button functions like a batch upload, allowing you to upload multiple images at once. Each image will generate a separate, individually configurable asset.

## Select Multiple (Edit Multiple Assets)

<figure><img src="https://2929718666-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2F3dfqxWeW1YVSmrxYlvkW%2Fuploads%2Fs8TS7iSfSXi01azFmXpR%2Fimage.png?alt=media&#x26;token=82ba0024-3cb2-4c61-85e6-954b4d1a7943" alt="" width="237"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

To edit the settings for multiple assets at once, click the **Select multiple** button and select the assets you'd like to edit. Once you've adjusted the settings, click the **Apply Changes** button to save them for all selected assets.

<figure><img src="https://2929718666-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2F3dfqxWeW1YVSmrxYlvkW%2Fuploads%2FB8lh1GEO0ca2cKrxsWqk%2FScreenshot%202025-06-09%20at%2011.43.46%E2%80%AFAM%201.png?alt=media&#x26;token=810a111b-b974-47bd-9c93-947b71dbc509" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

When you're satisfied with all inputs and generation settings, click "**Generate assets**" to start processing your assets.

<figure><img src="https://2929718666-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2F3dfqxWeW1YVSmrxYlvkW%2Fuploads%2F5jUBbTmx6WRKy0SWJLO1%2Fimage.png?alt=media&#x26;token=c99b519f-4e67-4eea-8d49-fcc657c6e7ae" alt="" width="375"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

## What Happens Next?

Your asset will start processing, and you can continue creating assets or leave the tab. Your asset will continue processing even if you close the tab.&#x20;

{% hint style="info" %}
Learn more about processing times for:

* [Prototype assets](https://docs.kaedim3d.com/prototype-assets#processing-time)
* [Game ready assets](https://docs.kaedim3d.com/game-ready-assets#processing-times)
  {% endhint %}

All generated 3D models pass through our Quality Control pipeline. Depending on the model, this might involve our human QC team in order to ensure the generation meets our quality standards.

{% hint style="info" %}
You can submit more than one generation without waiting for the first one to complete.&#x20;
{% endhint %}
