Welcome to Kaedim! This is a guide on how to create your first 3D asset from a 2D image. We're excited to see what you create!

Watch this demo for an overview of our key features

1. Choose an Asset Type

To get started, head over to the Create page and choose an Asset type. You can choose between 6 different asset types.

2. Upload your image(s)

Once you've chosen an asset type, you can then upload images onto the left upload box. You can upload up to 10 images of the same object in different views.

Please make sure to read our input guidelines to ensure the best results.

3. Customize your generation settings

You will then be able to customize the generation settings, which can be found on the right-hand side of the app.

For Prototype assets, please see Prototype Generation Settings for an overview of each input field.

For Game-ready assets, please see Game-Ready Generation Settings.

4. Create additional assets (if needed)

You will have the option to generate multiple assets at once if needed. Simply click the "Create new asset" button.

You can create multiple assets at once by clicking on the dropdown and selecting "Create multiple assets." This will open your file browser where you can select multiple images, each of which will create a new asset.

New asset tabs will appear on the left sidebar. You can configure the settings for the assets separately.

5. Click "Generate Assets"

After you've added all the assets you need to generate and checking your images and settings, you can then click Generate assets and your asset(s) will start processing.

6. Revisions

Once your asset is finished processing, you can request revisions in the Assets page. See how to request revisions here.

7. Approve [current step]

If you're happy with your asset and do not require revisions, you can approve your asset to the next stage, which varies depending on the Asset type.
