Asset Tracking Overview

Within Flow, Kaedim enables you to track your processing assets so your team always knows:

• What’s in progress

• What’s awaiting feedback

• What’s approved and delivered

We recommend centralizing all asset requests, approvals, and deliveries within Flow.

🚦 Asset Status Stages

Each asset will be tagged with a clear status label as it moves through production:

• In Queue – Asset has been submitted through intake.

• Processing –

  • Kaedim is actively working on the asset or

  • Kaedim is implementing feedback.

• For Review – Asset is awaiting your team’s feedback.

• Approved – Final stage and asset approved by your team.

📁 Export

You can download an asset by clicking on the "Download" button after your asset has completed. If you'd like to download a specific version of your asset, you can click the ellipses icon on that version.

When you click the Download button, a pop-up will appear and you can choose any of the following file formats: glb, gltf, obj, fbx, usd, textured obj (obj+mtl), and image(s).

Once downloaded, you can then import the model into your preferred software.
