Create a studio
Set up your studio space in Flow. This is where you’ll manage projects, assets, and your team.
Invite your team members
Bring in the people you’ll be working with. Invite producers, artists, and collaborators so everyone can access the same pipeline.
Auto-assign steps (if applicable)
Flow lets you automatically assign the right steps to the right team members, ensuring future assets move forward automatically.
Upload your concept art in the Create page
On the Create page, upload your reference images, sketches, or concept art. This will guide the asset generation process.
Inside Flow, configure the project settings to give context for generation. This may include:
Writing notes for art style/tech requirements.
Adjusting any technical parameters such as polycount limits or texture resolution.
Generate the assets
With your concept art in place, click “Generate Assets.” This will add your assets to the production queue.
Your team members will then have visibility on which assets to work on, making it easy to coordinate tasks and keep everyone aligned.
Assign the next step
Once assets are generated, assign the following step (e.g., texturing, rigging) to the right team members.
Set Priorities
Producers or project managers can:
Define asset priority levels (e.g., Low, Urgent).
Track overall project progress to ensure the team stays aligned.
Review & Iterate
Check your assets as they’re delivered, provide feedback directly in Flow, and request revisions when needed.
