Setting up a team pipeline

Create any additional studios (if needed)

📂 Set up separate spaces for teams, projects, or vendors.

  • Go to Studios → click ➕ New Studio.

  • Name it and save.

Invite/add team members to their corresponding studios

👥 Add teammates to the right studios so they can access the right projects.

  • Go to Team/Users → click Invite.

  • Enter emails → select the correct studio(s).

  • Confirm to send invites.

Assign Tasks / Set up Assignments

⚡ Decide how tasks are handed out.

  • Auto-Assign by Step

    • Open Pipeline Settings.

    • Select a step → toggle Auto-assign.

    • Pick the role or group to handle that stage.

  • Manual Assignment (Assets Page)

    • Go to the Assets page.

    • In the asset row, open the Assignee dropdown.

    • Choose a team member → they’ll be notified instantly.

Run your workflow

Once you’ve set up your studios, added your team, and chosen your assignment style (auto or manual), you’re ready to run your pipeline efficiently.
