Upload you concept art
📂 Start by uploading your concept art and any reference images.
Go to Upload → select your files.
Generate your asset
⚡ Send your assets to the pipeline.
Your files will start processing in the Assets page.
Assign the asset to a team member
👥 Make sure the right person owns the task.
On the Assets page, open the Assignee dropdown.
Select a team member → they’ll be notified instantly.
Asset Review
🔍 A Lead checks the finished asset and decides the next step.
Request a Revision → Use annotation tools to highlight areas for improvement.
Approve to Next Step → Move the asset forward and assign it to the next team member.
Request Revisions (if needed)
✏️ Add notes or annotations to guide updates.
Asset returns to the assigned artist for fixes.
Approve to next step
✅ When the asset is ready, the Lead approves it.
The pipeline continues automatically.
Reassign steps if needed.
Export
📦 After all steps are approved, the asset is ready for export.
Click the ellipses menu to export the final version or any previous version individually.
