Notifications & Team Updates

Notifications keep your team in sync by letting you know the moment an asset is ready for review. This ensures faster feedback cycles and smoother collaboration, so no one has to keep checking the Assets page manually.

How it works

When an asset has finished processing, you’ll receive a notification.

From the notification, you can click “Go to Asset” next to the asset name to open it directly in the Assets page.

Customizing your notifications

To adjust your preferences, go to Settings in the main nav bar and click the Notifications tab.

Here, you can toggle email or Discord notifications on or off.

Advanced team settings (For Admins)

Studio Dashboard > Studio > Settings

• Under Asset owner per Step, you can set up auto-assignment so that ownership changes automatically as the asset moves through each stage (e.g., High Poly Geometry, UV Unwrapping, Texture, Rig, LoDs).

• Similarly, you can configure an Assigned agent per Step to make sure the right agent is notified and responsible at every stage.
